Description

Terrazas del sol is ideally situated 375 meters from the beach at Playa Prieta, a pristine

Costa Rican beach. There is abundant shopping and dining nearby in Playa Potrero and Playa Flamingo. Two super markets are located right on the town square in Potrero and under a

kilometer from the villa. There is also a pleasant spot for a drink and a taco on the beach called Las Brisas. Down the road in the other direction you'll find the Sugar Beach

Hotel at Playa Pan de Azucar.

Playa Prietta is protected at both ends by rocky points and each are areas of endless natural discovery and wonder. You can walk around the

point to Playa la Penca to the left and to the right, Sugar Beach.

This villa was finished two years ago and has beautiful ocean and sunset views of the Pacific. This is a

perfect spot for your next vacation for relaxing as well as seeing the many things that Costa Rica has to offer!
